Terms of Service

By accessing or using Soft Tech Group services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

Acceptable Use

Users agree not to engage in any prohibited activities that compromise platform integrity, security, or legal compliance. The following actions are strictly forbidden:

  • Send unsolicited email
  • Upload purchased mailing lists
  • Conduct phishing activities
  • Distribute malware
  • Violate applicable laws
  • Abuse platform resources
Any violation may lead to immediate suspension or legal action.

Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and all activities performed under their accounts.

Soft Tech Group strongly recommends using strong, unique passwords and enabling two-factor authentication wherever available. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Email Compliance

Customers must obtain appropriate consent before sending communications through the platform. This includes adhering to CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, or any relevant anti-spam legislation.

Best practice: Always maintain clear opt-in records and include easy unsubscribe mechanisms.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, unforeseen events, or force majeure may affect uptime. However, we commit to giving advance notice of planned downtimes when feasible.

Current SLA target: 99.9% availability, but no legal guarantee of error-free performance.

Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies or create risks to our infrastructure, customers, or partners.

  • Immediate suspension for abusive behavior or illegal activity
  • 14-day notice for non-critical violations (where possible)
  • Upon termination, data may be permanently deleted after 30 days

Limitation of Liability

Soft Tech Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform usage. This includes but is not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business interruptions, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 6 months.
