Illegal or Harmful Content

The platform may not be used to distribute:

Unsubscribe & Complaint Management

All marketing or promotional communications must include a clear and accessible unsubscribe mechanism.

Soft Tech Group honors unsubscribe requests promptly and maintains suppression systems to prevent future delivery to opted-out recipients.

Bounce and Complaint Management
